Complied with previous version QC 743: High temperature steel nail with its diameter at φ3mm- φ8mm penetrate at a speed
at 10mm/s- 40mm/s into at least 3 battery plates by vertical direction (nail remains into the battery cell);
Complied with newly version QC 743: High temperature steel nail (angle of nailpoint at 60°and clear surface without rust and
grease) with its diameter at φ20mm- φ30 mm penetrate at a speed at 10mm/s- 40mm/s into at least 3 battery plates by
vertical direction (nail remains into the battery cell and keep observation by 1 hour).
