INTRODUCTION

This tester is designed according to the latest national standard.It is suitable for a set of durability testing for spring soft 

mattress,and relevant measurement of it.It uses a certain weight of roller to do rolling test on the center of mattress, 

simulating the effects to the mattress when people sleep and roll on it. 

The tester does loading durability test to the edge of mattress using specified loading cushion and force value.It can also 

simulate a people sits on the edge of the mattress,and the effect caused by the bottom loading on the mattress.

After a certain number loading,compare the height of cushion surface,surrounding edge and hardness changes,as well as 

damage to before and after the test.Assess the quality of the mattress quality. 

Test items: include the following tests and measurement projects:

1.Durability test for the cushion surface.

2.Durability test for the edge of cushion.

3.Height measurement of the mattress.

4.Measurement of the Hardness value.

Durability test for the cushion surface:

1.Adopt independent control system.PLC control separately.Cooperate with Color touch screen.It is convenient and visual to 

operate.The testing process and the running status is clear to us, test times can be set freely.

2.Special lift device is convenient to lift up the heavy roller and easy to move it to the test area of the mattress.Then put down 

the roller and make its own weight fully load to the surface of the mattress.

3.Roller can move up and down in the testing process, to adapt to concave and convex surface of the mattress.

4.When doing durability test of edge, roller can be moved to the parking area behind the instrument.

5.Durability test for cushion surface is driven by servo motor,it is quiet,steady and reliable to operate.

6.Adopt advanced photoelectric sense technology. The beginning position of the center line of the cushion surface return to 

the home position automatically.Both stroke end auto-induction,parking area position sense.

Durability test for the edge of cushion/ Measuring equipment:

1.Adopt independent control system, using dedicated high-precision and high intelligent ARAM controller 

and special test software.It can run under WINDOWS system on PC, full operated by software, The interface of software 

is easy to operate.

2.Special test software on PC, WINDOWS operating page, a high degree of compatibility.

3.Test program has already been set on the software on PC according to the test requirement.One key to test. It is 

convenient for operator to learn and save the training time.

4.The curve window of test software display the values of force and shift in real time,multi-coordinate model.

5.Measured results can be output into editable test report, high compatibility and editable with WORD format.

6.High precision force sensor, loading force value accurately.

7.Servo motor and ball screw pair drive, stable and reliable operation, high control precision, and loading speed can be set.

8.Using high resolution encoder sensing displacement, displacement precision is high.

9.Edge loading cushion and measuring loading cushion are used interconvertible generic connection head.Sharing a set of
